Ghost Donkey celebrates its heritage and respects tradition while working its big city swagger. Ghost Donkey upholds the traditions of Mexican hospitality, focusing on creating a lively, fun, and welcoming environment that is up lifting from all angles. The end goal is to make every visitor feel welcome, energized, and ready to join the fun. 
Recipient of the coveted Imbibe 'Best Cocktail Bar of the Year’ (2020) and with locations in Las Vegas (NV) (Cosmopolitan Hotel), Denver (CO), Phoenix (AZ), Auckland (New Zealand) and Melbourne (Australia, at the Crown).

Named after some fabled white donkeys—considered the workhorse of the tequila and mezcal making process— Ghost Donkey is full of bright color and eccentric characters, which come to life through the cheerful bar team as well as the space's whimsical design.

The menu features a vast selection of mezcals and tequilas prepared in a list of award-winning signature cocktails, or served in the traditional way alongside traditional salts and fresh fruit. On top of that, a menu of Mexican bites like Nachos Especiales go perfectly with a Stealth Margarita or three!
